Abstract :
Enabling technologies have led to the transformation from Traditional Education systems to a new methodology of virtual education incorporating: Electronic collections, Virtual reference services, Virtual libraries and online education. During the last decade, many universities serving academic communities have witnessed the emergence of new service paradigms in areas of information access and delivery, reference, instruction, technology facility and support to patrons.
