Abstract :
Quantum computing studies theoretical computation systems (quantum computers) that make direct use of quantum-mechanical phenomena, such as superposition and entanglement, to perform operations on data. This paper will focus on the extent to which quantum computing will be helpful, will compare classical versus quantum computing and some problems which are not feasible to solve by classical computing which calls for a demand of faster computer which is Quantum Computer. The researcher’s have discovered the possibility for an entirely new type of computer, one that operates according to the laws of quantum physics. A quantum computer would not just be a traditional computer built out of different parts, but a machine that would exploit the laws of quantum physics to perform certain information processing tasks in a spectacularly more efficient manner.
